Wild harvested whole chaga mushroom from the healthy forests of Maine, USA. This caffeine-free mushroom tea is simple and easy to use. Directions: By the cup: Bring one cup of water to a boil and remove from heat. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Water must be very hot to steep chaga, but will not harm any nutrients. Water color will vary from light-colored to darker depending upon the chunk used. Chaga tea is odorless and has a mild earthy flavor. May add your favorite flavoring if desired. Chunks may be reused 2-3 times. Allow chunk to dry between uses in low humidity area or store in refrigerator. By the crockpot: Use 3-4 chunks and steep on low 12-24 hours. Chunks may be reused. Allow to dry between uses as above. Tea may be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
